Ran quite a bit, but held back halfway down for the long slow tension. Such a good quick workout. Unbelievably, the knee is feeling pretty darn good. I should be fine for running. These new shoes suck though. With their wide toe box, they need some way to cinch it up by extending the lacing or tongue structure to take up slack in the material across the top of the toes.
