Notes

Feeling pretty good. Knee may be a little loose, needed some care when doing animal flow climbers at millpond. No pain, but no jumping. Did dips, climbers, pullups, climbers, dips, and was no problem. It was getting dark, so I didn't take time to go to failure. Before, I did some turkish get ups, pullups, and handstand pushups, and had done a couple sets of toes to bar, handstand pushups, and dips at lunch.
