Good run after Jiujitsu. Didn't do all the obstacles, only 2 sets at the sandpit but added a handstand hold, only 2/3 of the railings. Mountain is very very dry, and so was I. Throat was parched after the railings. Still had a great run, passed Nye on the way up. He fell back to where I'm usually trailing him, which I assume is mostly mental. He may be convinced he is out of shape because he hasn't trained as much as he should, but if he dug for it he would get that training.
