Notes

Instead of going to the summit, I did an extra lap around Wright pond. On the way, I did stop at the sandpit and tried some two footed hops up the blocks. Maybe an option, still not liking the fast footwork thing there. Pullups and animal flow at the old pumphouse. Under 2 min at the railings. 12 HSPU at the new pumphouse. I actually kept my hands foward over the lip of the entrance monument and 6 pullups at the causeway. Vaulted the 4 corners block, then back for 12 more HSPU at the pumphouse. I hit the monument again, but there was a boyfreind girlfriend selfie thing going on by the causeway tree, so no more pullups. Full animal flow stretch afterwards. No real complaints. At the old pumphouse, I did twist my knee wrong and had a little painful pop, but no big worries.
