Notes

Did some more training today, just to get points for the kickrunners.com VRAA. Drank quite a lot of beer tonight, which leaves my central nervous system too weak for this stuff. Committed to the time and just did Yoga for the core benefit, focussing on that. That was also a focus on my run today, quite a day of introspection and active meditation on core strength.
