Beautiful evening, only a shirt, undies and wind pants with hat and gloves. The warm weather had a couple critters moving about. Absolutely no complaints, running twice a day. Good sense of bringing the comfort in my easier stride this morning to the working pace tonight. I feel the next run should be more, probably longer rather than harder. I don't know when that opportunity will present itself, so I'm still cobbling together my training as I go.
