Notes

Always feel great by the end of this race, no matter what fitness. Perfect for Thanksgiving. The first mile destroys any illusions about your race-fitness. Anyone who is willing to toe the line for that first hill is thankful for whatever they are capable of in the next four miles. You can build your rhythm back on the rolling flats, open up your stride in the roller coaster downhill, and settle into your best sprint for the flats at the end.
