Notes
This was a substitute for 3 Cruise Miles, 6:45 pace.
Reality was 6:17 shoulder to shoulder with Mike B. and Joel.
Then 6:30 with Mike now .1 miles ahead, Joel soon would drop away.
The last 1.1 I wont bother calculating, must have been slower though it felt faster.
We were all working, it was a hot night and I was running too fast.
