So, the crowning achievement was to run 3X 7:00 miles to complete my weekly interval workout.
I pulled off 7:26, 7:07, a 3:42 recovery for .4 miles (9:14 mile), and a final 6:52. Not too damn bad, and I'm not obviously injured as I write this.
