Notes

Ran all the way to the Manhan river bridge and did some hanging climbs across the rafters, some climb ups on the stone work below them, and then to the Mill pond rec area for a workout. There, we went through all the proper beast flow stretches and switches, and then three sets of dips, beast climbers, and pullups. Then ran back with arms heavy as lead.
