Notes

Both Nye and I. With bodyweight workouts before, at Mill Pond rec area, and after. Beast pushups and frenchies before and after, russian dip attempts and frenchies at the rec area. Tried hard to get my pace up a little on the way back, 17:36 out and 9:05,8:58 back. Russian dips were pretty tricky, didn't do them right. I didn't lay back to get my shoulders on the bar, just forearms.
