First bit of running after a week of power hike training. No nonsense, three laps of the steep loop on Mt. Tom. No real jelly legs, so ran about a quarter mile on the gentle slope back to the car. Did stop very briefly for a snapchat with a snake. At home, some finger extensor play, toe yoga, butt scoot, and 4+ minutes middle split with 2x P&R and 35# KB work at the end. Feeling nice.
