Begun the course from the Oxbow end of the Mt. Tom range, for about 5000', elevation function here is out. The cllimbs aren't so bad, but this terrain is just as bad if not worse than Escarpment. I ran out of calories, etc... jello legs for awhile. When I ate I felt better. I need more runnable long runs. Too much of this rocky nonsense is just not productive.
