Notes
Headed west on W&OD and did the bridle path. Lots of little steep ups and downs, good practice for NF. This took a toll on my legs. After 26 I felt pretty done. During the race I'll probably walk a lot more especially up the steep climbs.
A couple gear notes:
1 - PureConnects not good on runs this long even on trail
2 - Coconut water not good straight, need to be mixed water. Might switch back to Nuun, cheaper too.
3 - Cliff Shot Bloks rock!
