Great recovery run on the treadmill. My legs feel fantastic and even this morning getting out of bed they didn't feel that bad. I used the stick on them before going to bed, not sure if that helped.

Kept the pace nice and easy. The third mile I did at about an 8:04 pace (7.4 mph) but it felt ok and I didn't push things.
