Ok, now I know the wrist HRM is wrong. I ran this SUPER easy, watching the Stryd power number keeping it below 200 and after about 8 miles or so I had to pick it up a little. Still this whole run was at a very sustainable pace, probably a 50K pace. I'm getting a chest strap HRM for the new watch tonight.
