I was a little surprised when I got back and saw the splits for the 4 miles at half marathon pace, honestly I thought I was going a little quicker. The legs felt so good and the turnover was really quick and super light on feet. Looking at the data it says consistent 188 spm for all 4 miles. Felt so good.
This little loop is mile 13-16ish of the Marine Corp Marathon so it helped me to visualize what the true pace should be.
