COMMENTS: w/ Jen, Frank.<br>wu<br>4 X 100 strides<br>6 X 800 w/ 400 recovery<br>4 X 100 strides<br>cd<br>6 X bleachers<br>first set of strides felt great.<br>first 800 felt like it was going to be too much, but Jen and I motivated each other. Frank zipped thru a couple of the 800s at 3:06 or so. also very motivating. mine were:<br>3:20, 3:16, 3:16, 3:13, 3:15, 3:18<br>second set of strides was hard, but it was all a very gd workout. both hamstrings sore after. iced 'em.
