COMMENTS: took it ez on the way up. raced pretty hard on the way down, but not going all out. saving it for next week's 5K in Payson. Dave ran a 4:01 full. Clint ran it in 4:40. Andy Lawrence ran a fast half. Eric C. was there. ran the half slower than me, but is training for Kona.
