100 pull, not feeling smooth
4 X 50 tempo/easy, none too graceful on the super slow, ez part
3 X 100 easy/tempo/easy, really dragging
6 X 50 tempo, actually felt better
100 easy, cool down

50 pull, sloppy
Made it clear I have a long way to go.
