COMMENTS: wu<br>4X100 strides<br>400, 800, 1200,<br>1200, 800, 400<br>cd<br>1:22,<br>3:16,<br>4:58,<br>4:57,<br>3:08,<br>1:35<br>Had to run around ftball team junk on track first half of workout. <br>Coach Dave starts w/only two laps wu, then explains strides, then workout. recovery is timed, close to the time of interval, no jogging recovery. so lots of time resting.<br>I miss Susan and Ronda's efficiency.<br>felt gd. fastest one there, in spite of being 10 days after St. George Marathon.
