Headed to the Y tonight for a late workout. Hopped on the mill and built into a run. Started out really slow, but it didn't feel slow. Hit 2 miles in 15 minutes (7:40, 7:20) then started moving a bit. Next 4.5 miles started at 6:45 and ended up running 6:12 for the last mile. Headed to the weight room afterwards and added a half mile cool down. Got kind of frustrated when i went through 5 miles in 35:05 completely tired and sweating my ass off. I guess it takes a while to get back in shape. Got to stay consistent!
