Notes
So i had a long day at work today, but got home and went for a run after we put the kids to bed. I didn't make it down the driveway before my knee was killing. I went ahead and hobbled out a 4 miler because Mark and I just discussed today that the minimum run is 30 minutes. I figured that would never be an issue as most of my runs had been in the 40-50 minute range. So this pretty much sucks. I am getting up at 5 tomorrow morning and running to the Y to do some lifting and running home.
I swear i had this exact same problem last January. I will have to look and see...
