Notes
So I posted on the site that Pieper wasn't running enough for his marathon. He calls me and says we are going on a long run. What am i supposed to say? We met out at Blackwell and ran around to Herrick and back. We finished up with a loop at Blackwell. I would say we started a little fast for both of us, but it was nice to run with someone so we were a little excited at the beginning. We settled into a nice pace and kept that up until 20 or so minutes to go. We eased up a bit coming in but pretty sure we were under 7 minute pace for the run.
