Took a couple days off to let my legs loosen up from the race and now it is time to get back in shape. I am going to take a long and slow approach of building up mileage over the next several months. Key will be strength training, both upper and lower body. Starting that tonight.
Ran a loop up to NCC and back. Started very easy and hit the mile at 7:38. Steady pace all the way back. Day 1. Hopefully that will be the last time i write that for a while...
