Notes
Came home early from work and went for a run with Mark. I wanted to go to McDowell and i was going to drive to NCC to start but Mark made fun of me for wanting to drive so we just ran from home (thus the 80 minute run the day after a half marathon). It was kind of hot, but we made the best of it. Good to get the miles in, just not sure how "recovered" i am.
