136.4 after. Gu at 5 and 9.3 miles good. Succeed at 7.2 mile stop.
Mostly alone. Good on way out. Rt leg tight and having trouble with camber/stability tired on way back from about 7.21 to 9. Better to end when I could go on flatter part of road, off camber. Better than last 2 long runs, but still painful after a while. Rt foot not quite right on the camber. Better after stretch and walk at end. Rt hamstrings could be stretched back out periodically and felt better, which I couldn't do last week or the week before. Breathing and aerobic felt pretty good. Left leg mostly great today. Long sleeve Boston shirt, and vest, sun glasses, amp pro tights, gloves. Could have used longer sleeves wind was chilly. Drank 1-2 cups at each 2 mile stop and still lost more than a pound, so not over drinking.
