Body pump class great. Kayano, with white toe socks (perf wt), and black orthos. This was a good combination after an easy/hilly 4.95 m run. Single plate for chest, back, biceps, triceps, etc. was good. Used 3 lb hand-held dumbbell in each hand for reverse fly type of movement and overhead shoulder press. On lunges/squats single plate as well.
