About half free style,half back, except for a few hundred yards of back stroke near the end. Left shoulder very sore when breathing to the right. I had pulled it out of place putting on my swim suit. Made it hard to do decent free style. Also just generally slow and feeling like a rock or a barge due to being so out of practice. Achilles tendon pulled a bit on breast stroke at first better later on. Left calf cramped up a few times in latter half of the work out, but not super bad. I was able to stop it fairy quickly. Main limit was my shoulders. Kicking was fine, and breathing/aerobic felt fine. A lot better than the last time I attempted to swim
