Precor with arms and legs at Boston Radisson. Very good. Right foot was great. Music and beginning of Boston marathon on tv.Wore my Nimbus Gel 10-8 with orthotics and felt good throughout. Also felt good walking to and from place on Commonwealth ave where we watched marathon (about .5 from hotel). Ran briefly to see Cindy and that hurt a lot. Forgot. Okay again in evening with ice/stretching.
