Right shoulder good, breathing good. 100 free, 100 breast, 1000 free, 200 breast, 200 free. Right foot good after swim and whirlpool. Sore later in pm. 3 ibuprofen around 4:00 pm. No night splint, sore in am. Wearing N10-7 walking around yesterday and today.
