Left leg, glute very sore especially after 4 miles. Rt foot sore as well after 5. No drugs. Night splint, ice. Leg worst on down hill and slant. Better on up or flat/even. Foot still doesn't like slant to the left. Taped it afterwards and wasn't swollen, but just sore off and on at attachment area. Leg hurt most at attachment to sit bones and when running on slant.
