Notes

Mini "body-pump" on my own to warm up for yoga and work out legs/back etc. Gentle, used "warm-up weights" on bar, that is 5KG + 2KG on each end for total of 14KG. Mostly did dead left with rows, squats and some lunges. Also some clean presses. Did some triceps overhead and presses on bench after yoga also. Also some chest presses - all these with 8 pound bar bells. Walked several "laps" of the gym and that felt good also. All were in blue orthos and asics nimbus-10, number 8's. Those felt good throughout the day and orthaheel.

These all felt very good. Yoga screwed up my right foot and glute/hip attachments... The weight work felt better.

General great recovery of legs and feet, fine up and down steps at work, and less breathless than usual. Sinuses and breathing excellent, before, during and after yoga class.
