Notes
Hills, hills, hills on this one. Ran out to Cabrillo and along the path to Ortega/Via Real roads thru Summerland and left on Toro Cyn in Carp. Right on foothills, out for about 7 minutes then back on the 192 all the way to Alston -> APS -> Cota. Finished with some strides. Pet a horse on the way and saw a dead skunk. Lots of yellow rumped warblers and other itty bitties sharing the evening.
Felt good despite not sleeping much the last two nights, drinking friday and smoking last night. Got it out of my system though. I need to head to the hills for some rejuvenation. Maybe Casey wants to make a sweatlodge.
