Felt great until about 40 minutes in. I was pushing myself harder than I probably should have, but it was really hard to slow down because for the first in a long time I'm actually feeling like I can run. After about 40 minutes it started to hurt so I slowed down for the next 5 minutes, stretched, lifted, swam for 15 minutes, then ran the 7 or 8 minutes home, stretched some more.
