I can't even remember what I did and it's only Wed. I know I swam for 15 minutes, but I don't remember if I ran or not. I did walk downtown and back and then sometime around 7 I ran up to the gym. I think I ran for about 30 minutes, but I don't remember for sure. My memory sucks sometimes
