5 minute "warm-up" then 1 min @ 5k pace every 5 minutes. I think I did about 13 of these over the course of the run. Felt great to stretch out the legs. Super blustery and cold out. Always great to have running as a motivator to get out in all weather conditions. I definitely liked the fact that I couldn't really keep track of distance or pace. Also appreciate the variability of this workout and the 70/80 from earlier in the week.
