Felt great to get back on the track. 400 @ 5k pace then 400 slightly slower for as long as I could go. I only ran a 5k, but I felt pretty good. I had a pretty full day before heading out of town and didn't put much mental energy into the workout, so a 15:45 without really going into debt was pretty great.
