Ran with Josh. My legs were pretty sore. But I also biked a bunch today and biked pretty fast.
Also, Jess, I'll be updating my running log with animal, plant, and natural history tidbits to keep you amused while you're working from home. So here's your first one: Woodchucks are really big squirrels! They have home ranges about a quarter mile, but if they're in a big field of clovers they won't stray more than 20 yards from their burrow.
