Early morning half of the day. 3 mile warm up, 5 miles @ marathon pace, 2 mile cool down.
5:36, 5:35, 5: 25, 5:13, 5:18.
The 5:13 was due in part to a downhill and because I was annoyed at how slow I was going. had to wake my legs up. Probably shouldn't have jolted out of the slower pace that quickly but it worked.
