Random Route


Ran on the treadmill. Still feeling sore from Wednesday with Brian (hip hurt after about 15 minutes, then felt pretty sharp so I got off and ran on the track). Stretched a good bit then at 3 went down for PT wtih Brian. Got and ultrasound, stretched and that was about it. He said to take it easy this weekend - maybe 30 tomorrow, same on Sunday plus some swimming and elliptical.
