Notes
Oof. Not great at all. Not sure there's much to say. My legs just didn't have it in me and I had to call it early. My splits were all over the place (not so much my fault), but even had they been better I think I would have been struggling to break 15 today.
34 for the 1st 200 then
74, 75, 72 (this is when I passed Oliver), 70, 72 (this is when Ian took over pacing duties), 74, 70 (after I told Ian to speed up)
I'm really good at pacing myself and think I might just be better off doing a solo effort (like that 10k you timed with Scott when I solo'd my pace dead on. I mean look at those splits: https://www.runningahead.com/logs/5955afbcffb54f489acdc32ef771a86a/workouts/297a349cf6d146f8a36333b90f4a7ffa)
