Mile repeats with 2:30 rest between. Woo boy was this one tough. I was slated to do 5k pace but there was just no way that was going to happen. My legs just had no zip in them. I slogged through each interval and definitely felt not just my legs but my focus and mental energy wane by the 600m mark. I've been sleeping a bunch so that's not the issue, but I think I'm just still recovering from the last 2.5 weeks of intense running.

I weighed myself and I was 137.5, which is about 4-5 pounds lighter than I typically am. I have no idea how that happened. The last couple of days I've been on my high fat diet but I haven't cut calories. Maybe water weight? Not sure. I wouldn't mind race at 137 but I don't want to be lose weight too quickly too soon. I also ran in the morning so maybe I just didn't have as much in me as I typically do when I go to the gym at the end of the day.
