Notes
Not much to report on the effort. It felt like a loooong tempo more than a race (mostly because I ran by myself the whole time and didn't take splits). I was quite happy with the time. I know the course is much easier than NH 10 miler, but my pace was a whole lot faster. I think this bodes well for NEXC in a couple weeks. Still not where I was a few years ago, but it's hard to complain about moving in the right direction.
