I took Thursday and Friday off. Thursday was mostly because my mom's dog was at the vet for emergency surgery and so I didn't get home until super late, Friday because I had a nagging knee pain and decided an extra day of rest would be for the best. Didn't feel it at all Sunday at the race, so it seems like the right decision.
