Wonderful run in the summer heat down here in Florida. I felt strong and fast, but wasn't aware that I was going that fast until I got back home. I did get a sliver of glass in my foot which I think is teh very first time that's happened. It hurt until I pulled it out and then it was fine. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout, a bit nervous, but excited.
