Notes
A nice easy run from my mom's out to York Rd in W Bolton. Roads were like soft butter, felt great. I did have a couple of moments on the way back where my mom drifted and immediately slowed down to about 8:30 pace. I was definitely tired from a 13 mile run, but still feeling good.
