Easy run from Pat's along the canal. Ran into max power, who just saved a guy from drowning. Felt really good after yesterday's long run. Would have gone farther because tomorrow will be hard to get my mileage up with traveling. Goddamned state of the union mucked up traffic on the way back from Pat's so I didn't get home until much too late. Another reason to hate politics.
LA marathon is on March 2nd or 3rd, which looks enticing save the 100 dollar price tag, so I might just bandit. Will find a race with Andy this weekend.
Brandt's geese flying overhead. Lots of great blues yesterday, heard some kingfishers along the C&O. Missing my binoculars these days.
