Great run today. Night run after my test. Went out to Williston and ran around Tafts Corners and back. Wound up going pretty quick, despite trying to hold back. I was peeing clear ago, so I'm not too worried about peeing blood yesterday. Found out about a 10k in Shelburne this Saturday, so I'm going to shoot to win that in sub 32 depending on weather and what my training looks like going into that race. Should be fun regardless. Will have to tweak my plans for the weak to accommodate for a Saturday long run (hard with the race).
