Notes

It begins! Finally getting a training group together. Ran with Jon Severy and Ryan Robitaille up to Malletts Bay and back along North Ave to Ethan Allen. Feeling pretty tired by the end, but it's about 4.5 longer than anything I've done in a long long time. My right foot was bothering me after last night's repeats (800, 1600 x3) - might be same tendonitis thing I got after the Stowe 8 miler. My hip was also aching by the end, but otherwise my fitness seemed right in there. I can't wait for a few weeks down the line when I can run 10 miles then do 10 miles at marathon pace for my long run.
